1. General

Into the Blue (operated by ΜΠΟΥΚΟΥΡ ΑΛΕΞΑΝΔΡΑ) provides self-drive boat rental services in Vourvourou, Sithonia, Halkidiki. By making a booking you agree to these terms in full.

2. Bookings and Confirmation

All bookings are made through our online booking system (Bokun). A booking is confirmed upon receipt of a confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel a booking if full details are not received.

3. Pricing

All prices are per boat, not per person. Prices are quoted excluding VAT. Seasonal pricing applies as listed on our website. Fuel is not included and is charged at the end of the rental based on actual consumption at current petrol station prices.

4. Cancellation Policy

• More than 24 hours before your rental: full refund, no fees.
• Less than 24 hours before your rental: no refund.

Cancellations must be made in writing via email to info@intotheblue.gr or via WhatsApp.

5. Refund Policy

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method. Into the Blue is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider.

6. Requirements

No licence or sailing experience is required. All renters must be at least 18 years old. A full safety briefing and on-water demonstration is provided before every rental. The renter is responsible for the boat during the rental period.

7. Safety and Liability

Renters must follow all safety instructions provided during the briefing. Life jackets are provided and must be worn by all passengers when instructed. Into the Blue is not liable for injuries, losses, or damages resulting from failure to follow safety instructions. Renters are liable for any damage to the boat caused by negligence or misuse.

8. Weather and Force Majeure

Into the Blue reserves the right to cancel or reschedule rentals due to unsafe weather conditions. In such cases, a full refund or reschedule will be offered. We are not liable for cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our control (weather, mechanical failure, force majeure).

9. Online Booking System

Our booking system is provided by Bokun. Payment processing is handled securely by Bokun's integrated payment providers. Into the Blue does not store card details.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Greek law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Polygyros, Halkidiki.
